Giorgos Vareloglou is a marketer, a salesman and a vivid geek.
He co-founded mindworks interactive in 2005 with Costas Mantziaris creating one of the first search marketing agencies. Working with his partner for a decade, they turned mindworks from a boutique performance marketing agency to a leading full service digital shop, growing a team of 5 people to a team of 50. In 2015 mindworks was acquired by Dentsu Aegis Network launching isobar and iProspect in Greece. 2.5 years later and having established isobar & iProspect as market leaders with a team of 85 people he left with his partner to seek together their next venture.
His work and his agency have won hundreds of awards on a national and international level. In this 12 years – hell of a – ride he had the honour to work for some of the world’s most prestigious brands among which Vodafone, Allianz, GM, Mondelez, Nestle, Heineken, Microsoft and Coca Cola in the field of Digital Product Development, Experience Design, Strategy and Communication.
He’s a regular speaker to industry conferences and, whenever finds the time, he writes about the things he’s most interested about, Change, People and the Digital Economy. When he’s not working, besides being a proud husband he runs. A lot.
